Accommodation

Renting a house or an apartment in Iran, in general, can be a bit tricky. The deposit does not have a fixed rule but often amounts to something 10-20 times the monthly rent, depending on the location and the quality of the building. In addition, when leaving the house, you may have to wait a few days before you can get your deposit back. And all this requires banking and legal services which need proficiency in Persian to avoid any potential legal issues or scams.

Based on previous experience, all students studying Persian at the Center shall reside in accommodation provided by the University. The prices are fair, you will not have to pay a deposit, the buildings are checked for safety, and upon leaving you do not have to deal with contracts and potential delays in the return of your deposit.

To make sure your preferred accommodation is available, housing is offered both on and off campus where you can choose to have no roommates, one or more, paying different prices.
