Persian Literature

The courses on Persian Literature are diverse. Even though a few canonical poets are highly in demand, there are often courses on offer on less canonical as well as modern poets and writers in the form of workshops and short training courses. 

These courses are organized in collaboration with the Department of Persian Language and Literature and Shiraz University's Center for Hafez Studies. Proficiency in Persian or, at least, the ability to read Persian texts is a requirement for attending these courses. Nevertheless, should a course be offered in English (or other languages), it will be specified in the announcement. Please check our website regularly for more information, or get in touch to ask your question(s).
